Madsens Cameras and Imaging is located at 302 Crown Street Wollongong, We are near the Wollongong Train station directly accross from The Dicey Rileys Irish Pub. You can locate a map here.

 How Can I Place an Order?

We have recently developed an online presence and so for your convenience you can now place orders through our online ordering system. We have numerous ways of doing this.

1. If you are browsing our site and find a price list eg a Price List You can place and item into your shopping cart for purchase or order by Locating the item in the list, entering the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and then selecting the shopping cart icon next to this item. (Please note the shown form is a demo only and not fully operational in this case)

On the selection of the shopping cart item a box will pop up telling you the item you just added to your cart and then you will be redirected to you shopping cart which will display all items you to purchase. To Submit the order you simply select the payment method and then follow the instructions (providing your Name, Address, contact information and form of payment ) to lodge your order.

2. If you are aware of the Item you wish to Purchase and have the correct information listed from a catalogue or flyer you can place and order by simply selecting from the left side panel "Orders" This will bring up a shopping cart showing you if anything is already added to your cart and you can input the information by selecting "Add Item To Cart" You will need to provide The Product Code, Product Description, Price and Quantity then select the shopping cart icon to add this item to your cart. Your order will be finalised when you select a payment method and fill out the required information.

If any discrepancies arise between the price listed in the order and the price on our systems we will contact you to discuss this (although we try our hardest, sometimes our prices do become out of date).

 How Can I Order From PDF Files?

You will find that all recent PDF Publications from Madsens including the 2008 Academic Catalogue will now come with a small Order Here button on the bottom right hand corner, clicking this will send you directly to the Shopping Cart for that Page of the Publication.

For PDFs which currently do not have a Shopping Cart or an Order Here Button, we suggest you order by opening the PDF file in a seperate browser window then select "Order Online" from the left side panel of the Madsens Site. This will bring up an empty shopping cart. IF You click the "Add Item to Cart Button" an Electronic form will be displayed asking you to enter information including product code, description, price etc. This information can then simply be copied and pasted from the PDF file into this form and by selecting "Add" the item will then be added to your shopping cart waiting for you to either continue shopping or process your order by selecting a payment method.

 Do You Handle International Orders?

Madsens Cameras and Imaging do handle International Orders however shipping prices and times will vary between companies. Freight and insurance for international orders is by quote only. Acceptable payment method is usually by direct bank transfer to our account. For some countries other payment methods may also be acceptable.
While we can accept Credit Card payment, please be aware that in certain circumstances a copy of drivers licence and a copy of the front and back of the card may be required for security purposes.
Simply place your order using our standard ordering systems making sure you specify your country, and we will get back to you with specific details.

 Do You Sell Second Hand Equipment?

No. We do not sell second hand equipment. If you are looking to buy or sell second hand photography equipment we would suggest you try the Photographic Trader.

 Do You Provide a Passport or Taxi Photo Service?

Yes Madsens Cameras and Imaging do provide Passport and Taxi photo services in store while you wait. Australian Passport photos are $19.80; Other Nationalities Passport photos are $32.50; Taxi Photos are $22.50. These can be done while you wait. These photos will take about 15 minutes for processing.

 Do You Provide Video to DVD Facilities?

Yes Madsens Cameras and Imaging can convert VHS Videos to DVD, prices do vary dependant on the play length of videos. A basic Price List can be found with our Digital Services Pricelist

 Can You Repair My Equipment?
